Cancellation:

Cancellation before Dispatch: You have the option to cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Process: If your order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Confirmation of Cancellation: Once your order cancellation is confirmed, you will receive an email notification. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours of your request, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Limitations: Please note that once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and the regular refund and return policy will apply.

Refund & Return Policy for Skincare Products:

Returns Accepted Only for Different or Damaged Products: We only accept returns if the product you received is different from what you ordered or if it has been damaged in transit. Additional information such as photographic or video evidence is required to process your return request.

Return Shipping: If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. The cost of return shipping will be bared by us.

Exchange Policy: We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you have received the wrong or damaged product, please return the original item by following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, we require your bank details to process the refund. Please provide us with the following information:
